Q: What is the difference between single conditioner and double conditioner in ring die feed pellet mill? In what case is a single layer suitable and when is a double layer necessary?
A: Double-layer conditioning time is twice as long as single-layer conditioning time, assuming that single-layer conditioning time is 30S, double-layer is 60s. Generally for making livestock and poultry feed, single conditioner feed pellet mill can meet the production requirement, but double conditioner feed pellet mill can achieve better effect, and feed pellet quality is higher. Generally for producing aquatic feed (fish or shrimp feed), we recommend double-layer conditioner feed pellet mill.
Q: Does single or double conditioner affect yield?
A: It hardly has much impact.

Q: What do you mean by good granulation effect? Good curing rate? Good shaping? Or else?
A: Good granulation effect means the curing rate is relatively higher, the shaping is relatively better; but the output varies little, with a maximum increase of about 10%.
